1. About these terms

Hirune is an independent game studio operated by Francisco Monaco. These Terms of Use apply to hirune.games, Sudoku by Hirune, Minesweeper by Hirune and Solitaire by Hirune (the “Games”).

By accessing the website or using a Game, you agree to follow these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Your access to Apple App Store or Google Play products may also be governed by that store's terms.

2. Permitted use

You may use the website and Games for personal, lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt our services, misuse the contact form, send spam, interfere with security controls, infringe intellectual property rights or use any part of the service in violation of applicable law.

You may not copy or redistribute proprietary Hirune assets or reverse engineer protected elements except where permitted by mandatory law or an applicable open-source licence.

3. Accounts, connectivity and gameplay

Our Games do not require a Hirune account or subscription. Most gameplay data is stored locally on your device. Some features or third-party services, including ads and purchases, may require network connectivity. The availability and details of each feature depend on the Game, version and platform.

Deleting a Game or its local data may erase progress and preferences. Restoration of local gameplay data depends on any backup facilities provided by your device.

4. Advertising

Some free versions of our Games may display occasional advertisements, generally between gameplay sessions. Where advertising is provided through Google AdMob, its delivery and personalization are subject to the relevant privacy choices, platform settings and applicable rules.

5. Remove Ads

Where offered, Remove Ads is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It removes advertising from the specific Game for which it was purchased, according to that product's description. It does not create a subscription, automatically apply to other Hirune games or disable privacy-focused app analytics.

The displayed price, currency, taxes, checkout, payment, purchase history and refund procedures are managed by the applicable app store. We do not directly process payment card details. A prior eligible purchase may be restored through the Game's restore option or the relevant store's purchase mechanisms, subject to their rules.

Nothing in these terms removes any statutory consumer guarantee, refund or withdrawal right that may apply to you.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Hirune name, branding, original illustrations, software interfaces, game presentation, graphics and original website content are owned by Francisco Monaco or licensed to Hirune. They are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party libraries, icons, typefaces, store assets and software remain subject to their own licences and the rights of their respective owners.

7. Website support and communications

You may contact us using the form on hirune.games or email privacy@hirune.games. Please provide accurate contact information and do not include unlawful content or information that is unnecessarily sensitive.

Submitting a support request does not establish a guarantee of a particular response time, resolution or future feature. We aim to handle reasonable requests fairly.

8. External services and links

Our Games and website may rely on services operated by Apple, Google, TelemetryDeck, Cloudflare or other third parties, each with their own terms and policies. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; their content and availability are outside Hirune's control.

9. Availability and updates

We aim to keep the website and Games useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or compatibility with every device or software version. Games and website features may change as we improve or maintain them.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.

10. Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hirune is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how local game data, app analytics, advertising, purchase information and website communications are handled.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and any rights that apply in your country of habitual residence.
